Responsibilities:

  • Build, grow, and maintain a book of business
  • Strategize with clients to solve their short and long term staffing needs
  • Identify and target new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
  • Prospect for new clients through a high volume of customer touchpoints (primarily calls) to grow your book of business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Technological competence to utilize Microsoft teams, our CRM system and other software applications is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A high level of alignment with the company’s values such as communication, reliability, collaboration, self-development, integrity, respect, and achievement.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience on campus, community involvement, student organizations, internships and/or work
  • Fluency written and verbal communications in both English and French
